Our Story
Ziggurat Design & Management is a locally owned and operated Construction Management company offering everything related to construction management services, including conceptual planning, design, budget preparation, pre-purchase inspections, permitting process assistance, submittals, start-up documents, tenant & subcontractor coordination, project management, scheduling, staffing, navigating certified payroll, closeouts, etc.
We have two offices - one on Maui and one on Oahu - and we serve all islands of Hawaii. Think of us as your right-hand man for your project because we will be there for you every step of the way, working with each contractor, designer, architect, vendor, etc., managing the entire construction process while your dream property is being built just the way you want it.
Our goal is to make you feel at ease during the building process and to gain your trust and lifetime friendship, so you feel confident in calling us for years to come.
In ancient Mesopotamia, temples were frequently built on top of ziggurats, which are large stone structures resembling pyramids with graded tiers. Its function is to raise the temple higher in the sky and create stairways or steps leading down to it. It typically represents a connection between the gods and humanity. These pyramid temples were seen by the Mesopotamians as a bridge between heaven and earth.
